If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can help arrange an exchange or a refund for you. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues with your order!
Please note that in some cases, for example, you change your mind and no longer want the item(s) or the clothes doesn't fit well due to differences in personal body size, free returns and exchanges are not eligible, and you may have to pay a certain amount of shipping and restocking fees.
The restocking fees should be the product quantity(s) you want to exchange or return multiplied by standard shipping fee($8.99), for example, if you want to return 2 out 3 items in your order, you are required to pay for the shipping fee of return to our warehouse and $17.98(2*8.99) restocking fees. The shipping fee of return should be based on the charging standards of local courier company.
Here are 2 cases eligible for free returns or exchanges
1. You receive a incorrect product(s) which is totally different from the one(s) in your order. In this case, please send us a photo of the wrong item and we comfirm the issue and arrange a exchange.
2. The product(s) is damaged in transit or defective in another way.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours after purchase. You need to contact us first for the reason, our sales manager will arrange it for you soon. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. Any orders that have been shipped out cannot be canceled.
30 Day Returns Warranty：
You can contact us within 30 days from delivery date. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center: email@example.com.
How to return the order or arange an exchange?
1. Please contact us first if you want to return the order, and tell us the item(s) you want to return for a refund, if you want to return for an exchange, please tell us the color and the color of the item(s) you want to exchange to.
2.You will get the Return Address from our support team.
3. Pack the items you want to return, and ship them back by any shipping company available. Post Office is recommended to avoid tax.
4. The most important step is, please send us your return tracking number and shipping company to us. Without this info, we can't apply any refund or exchange for a return.
6. You can also track the package online, then you will know when the package will be delivered to us.
7. Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund or exchange for you in 1-2 working days.
* Additional notes about Warranty *
1. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
2. If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on intimates, lingeries or beauty items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1-2 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
